Owner / Administrator

Martina Frogge-Jacovino is the Founder and Administrator of Clear Path Healthcare, bringing over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her career began as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), where she developed a strong foundation in emergency care and patient safety. She later served as a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Manager, expanding her expertise in medical operations and patient support services.Martina’s background includes healthcare administration, human resources management, claims administration, and home health services. She is certified in CPR, First Aid, and Defibrillator use, and has completed OASIS training along with specialized education in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.Her leadership is driven by a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, ensuring that clients receive professional, dependable services that promote dignity, safety, and independence.
